European Wedding & Bridal Expo


Villa Mirabela is excited to host our first semi-annual European Wedding & Bridal Expo.

The event will take place on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 at Villa Mirabela. We are now accepting

vendor applications through March 1, 2025.

The entry fee will cover all advertising and other costs involved in planning and putting together this event.

We are looking forward to a fabulous event and tons of happy brides.

Terms & Conditions:


  • Payment must be received within 3 days from the invoice date. There will be no exceptions. Space is limited and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Outdoor Vendors must provide their own equipment (Tents, Tables, Chairs, etc.) and both Indoor and Outdoor Vendors must provide their own linens and set-ups, unless they opted to rent them from Villa Mirabela.
  • Due to limited available space, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in each category. We would like keep a minimum of 2, maximum of 4 in any one category. Space will be given on a first come first served basis.
  • Vendor Setup is between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. All Vendors must be set up by 12:30 pm.
  •  Generators are not permitted for Vendors and Food Trucks are only permitted to use a generator if it is attached to your vehicle or is placed on top of an eco-friendly generator mat.
  • All Vendors must Check-in with the Registration Table before they begin to set up.
  • No Refunds will be given unless the event is canceled altogether, if inclement weather or other safety concerns are prevalent Villa Mirabela reserves the right to postpone or shorten the event. If the Event is postponed, vendors are responsible for their attendance for a rescheduled date. Refunds will not be given if you cannot participate in the event on the rescheduled date.
  • Vendors MAY NOT Drive to your Designated Booth Areas. You are responsible for bringing your own cart or wagon to transport your equipment to your designated booth site.
  • Villa Mirabela will Email a Layout map 7 days before the event. You will be assigned a space based on your Booth Category and Spot Availability. You MUST set up only in your assigned spot.
  • If you are not able to set up at Villa Mirabela European Wedding & Bridal Expo you must notify Villa Mirabela that you will not be present at least 72 hours before the event. You are permitted to find a replacement Vendor if you wish, All replacement vendors MUST be approved by Villa Mirabela. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
  • Only one (1) Business is Allowed per Vendor Spot. There is no booth sharing.
  • The Event will end at 6:300 pm, All Vendors must be out of the Venue by 7:30 pm and leave their booth space trash and damage free.
  • Villa Mirabela, is not responsible for any property damage, injury, or guest conduct.
  • Any and all damages to the venue that is specific to a vendor are at the expense of that vendor:

a. All decorations, sound/electrical equipment or supplies must be provided by the vendor

b. All vendors must limit noise to an acceptable level. Acceptable level is defined as low enough that two people 8ft away from space can speak without having to raise their voices beyond a normal conversational level.

c. All Bridal Expo vendors and their employees must confine their activities to their booth space. Handouts, including literature, giveaways and promotional materials, may be distributed from your space only. These items may not be distributed in the aisles, parking lot or other booth spaces.
